What keeps/kept you going as a college athlete?

 


It can be easy to talk about the negative sides of being a college athlete but what keeps you going? What is your reason to push harder every day?

  1. I think the biggest thing that keeps me going is my own standards that I have about myself. Maybe thats not super healthy but I refuse to quit because I told myself I would finish.

  4. Celsius & knowing the importance of consistency. I do it for myself because self gratification is such an incredible feeling.

  5. What keep me going is that feeling of accomplishment after a hard workout or a tough practice. That feeling of strength and power. Seeing improvement in myself. Feeling improvement in myself. The feeling of pushing so hard you can’t walk is such a rewarding feeling in the end.
